Service cancellation

1. The client has the right to cancel the service before the work begins – in such case, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
2. If the client cancels the service after the work has started, only the portion of the amount corresponding to the unfinished work will be refunded.
3. Riptona.lt reserves the right not to commence work until an advance payment (if required) is received or the task is confirmed.
