1. Refunds are applicable only if the services have not been provided or if the client reasonably refuses the service, as specified in Section 3.
2. If the client is not satisfied with the final result, Riptona, UAB undertakes to correct the deficiencies within a reasonable time.
3. If a dispute regarding the quality of services cannot be resolved amicably, the parties may refer the matter to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or settle the dispute in court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
